MP826 - 32K CMOS RAM Card

Description

This CMOS RAM card was originally developed by Microcode Control.  It holds up to 32K of RAM, or oddly , EPROM, configured in two 16K banks.  Memory retention is enabled by use of a NiCad battery giving up to 1000 hours retained data in a normal configuration.

Technical Details

• 32K CMOS RAM in two 16K Banks
• 1000 Hour retention (Approx 41 days)
• EPROM could be used instead of RAM's
