Nascom - IMP Printer
Nascom produced a very early dot matrix printer. For the time it was a cheap and reliable solution to obtaining hard copy. It had two odd features. The first being that the IMP electronics look very similar to the Nascom 1 design without the video section. The second was the odd bidirectional printing. Basically it was impossible to align the print head position switches accurately which gave a nice wavy left hand column. This could be seen often in magazine listings of the time.
